Stephen Payte DSA Inspections, Inc. is a fixture in the industry of school construction inspection. We carry a highly qualified group of DSA Class 1, 2 and 3 inspectors with the knowledge and experience to tackle any scope of work from Kindergarten through University.
While our inspectors provide the expertise in the field our full time office staff is there to ensure all documentation is current and available when the time comes to finish a project closed certified.

Our approach involves working closely with the District, Architect and Contractor to deliver a project that is of exceptional quality and provides a safe environment for both student and staff. We understand that teamwork and open communication are key to delivering on this vision while adversarial relationships and egos have no place in it. We are proactive in enforcing conformance to plans and specifications and rely on our technical expertise, perseverance and common sense to guide our projects to closed certified status.
